The 5-Panel guide features a final flat size of 20" x 9" and is folded to a 4" x 9" rack-style brochure.  These maps feature a campus rendering and vicinity map on one side and generally hold 3-4 floor plans along with a departmental directory on the reverse.  This map often has some space available for text you may want to include.
